JHBX

Seller information

What JHBX does, what you do, and how money and orders flow.

Application and approval

  • You apply with your store, contact and retail area details.
  • JHBX reviews every application; we may request more information.
  • Approval creates your merchant record and opens portal access. Submitting alone does not.
  • Applications can be rejected or suspended, with a reason recorded.

Listings and moderation

  • You list products against the shared marketplace categories.
  • New listings are reviewed before they appear to customers while approval is switched on.
  • Rejected listings return with a moderation note so you can fix and resubmit.
  • You control price, stock, variants and wholesale minimums.

Orders and fulfilment

  • A customer basket becomes one master order, split into a merchant order per store.
  • You only see your own merchant order — never another merchant's.
  • You confirm stock, prepare, then mark ready for collection.
  • Collection and delivery sit outside JHBX with the logistics partner.

Commission and settlement

  • Commission is calculated and stored on every merchant order.
  • Your net amount is visible per order in the portal.
  • No payment provider is live yet, so no payouts have been processed.
  • Subscription and settlement terms will be published before they are charged.

Verification

  • Verified status is granted by JHBX after checks — it cannot be self-claimed.
  • Demo stores in this environment are not verified.
  • Verification can be withdrawn if a store breaches marketplace rules.
